Space is a limited resource in any city. This is especially true in Kandy, where the space is constrained by it's natural topography.
It's not a secret that the city of Kandy is a highly congested place. But the root causes for this congestion is not always agreed upon. On the other hand, finding the root causes is the first step towards solving this problem.
Urban space is primarily consist of following elements.
